Format: Guided tasting with an host supporting the conversation & answering questions.

Preparation: The ribeyes are ccoked & finished in a 1500° infrared grill.

Portions:

  • 12-16 oz (weight after cooking) of dry aged ribeye from ten (10) ages

  • Shoestring french fries, Family-style - unlimited portions

  • Spring mix salad, Family-style
